Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading consultancy based in London, working on high-profile healthcare schemes. This is a chance for a Project Manager with strong sector experience to join a forward-thinking team renowned for delivering complex NHS and private healthcare projects across the capital and South East. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in the planning and delivery of projects from inception through to completion, providing expert guidance to clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a range of healthcare schemes
Support clients with feasibility, procurement, and contract administration
Ensure programmes are kept on track
Manage budgets
Maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Degree in a relevant construction or property discipline
Previous experience in healthcare project delivery
Experience working within a consultancy environment
Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
Excellent client-facing skills and communication
