Job Responsibility

  • Own overall project performance, including schedule, scope, budget, and delivery commitments
  • Lead and motivate cross‑functional core teams to define project strategy, goals, and execution plans
  • Clearly define, maintain, and control project scope throughout the lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with all functions and levels of management to ensure alignment and visibility
  • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, and develop and execute mitigation and response plans
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve conflicts and issues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the team in identifying and implementing process enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 10 years of product lifecycle experience, including development through commercialization
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, leading multi‑site projects within the medical products industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of GMPs, GLP/GCP, and Product Development Process requirements
  • Proven ability to apply business acumen, leadership principles, and Vital Behaviors, including developing others
  • PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification/experience preferred
