Own overall project performance, including schedule, scope, budget, and delivery commitments
Lead and motivate cross‑functional core teams to define project strategy, goals, and execution plans
Clearly define, maintain, and control project scope throughout the lifecycle
Communicate effectively with all functions and levels of management to ensure alignment and visibility
Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, and develop and execute mitigation and response plans
Proactively anticipate and resolve conflicts and issues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 10 years of product lifecycle experience, including development through commercialization
At least 5 years of project management experience, leading multi‑site projects within the medical products industry
Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong understanding of GMPs, GLP/GCP, and Product Development Process requirements
Proven ability to apply business acumen, leadership principles, and Vital Behaviors, including developing others
PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification/experience preferred
