Take responsibility and ownership for executing the project end-to-end and for delivery of project on time with good quality and profitability
Outline project execution strategy and submit to management prior to project kick-off meeting

Keep the client informed of any changes/developments/major deviations from contract required during execution and get required approvals
Ensure that all client approvals are obtained appropriately and without delay and all client/CE inspections are conducted as per contract

Approve all communications to the client, from members of the project team
Attend review meetings, along with project & execution team as required when arranged by client or CE
Ensure mobilization of sub-contractor’s resources as per project plan

Review periodic reports submitted by heads of departments and take necessary actions
