Job Responsibility:
Successfully lead a team
Coordinate multiple consultants
Communicate professionally and effectively with our clients
Requirements:
Architectural degree from an accredited school
10+ years professional experience in design and construction document production
Knowledge of building and zoning code review and interpretation, experience in navigating jurisdictional clearances, and drawing approval from municipal agencies
Experience in construction administration responsibilities, including overseeing construction and supporting a team effort, that results in the strong execution of the design and a high quality product
Work with a project team to complete thorough and concise construction documents utilizing a full suite of advanced technology to aid in design, communication, and management
Strong writing, schedule making and management, proposal and fee development skills required
Proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel is required
Willingness and interest to support and often guide the varying needs and requests of clients, the project team, and consultants
Experience in supporting the balance between a project schedule and timeliness, while remaining responsive to requests, feedback, and changes
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is preferred
Skill in Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Miro is preferred
