Support the Head of Project Management in the execution and coordination of new equipment projects and primarily lead on field service and commissioning activities. The role is responsible for ensuring effective project execution by coordinating technical teams, monitoring progress, and supporting project controls activities.
Job Responsibility
Support the Head of Project Management in the execution and coordination of new equipment projects and primarily lead on field service and commissioning activities
Coordinate cross-functional activities, including engineering, procurement, field service teams, and suppliers
Support the monitoring of project progress against schedule, budget, and contractual milestones
Prepare periodic project reports, including progress updates and KPI tracking
Coordinate and monitor field service and commissioning activities, both on-site and remotely
Manage communication flow between site personnel and the project team, including reporting of punch lists, technical issues, and non-conformities
Requirements
2 years of experience in project support, field service coordination, commissioning, or similar roles
Basic understanding of commissioning processes and field execution activities
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with MS Project
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 20–30%)
Fluency in English language
Nice to have
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial systems projects
Familiarity with remote commissioning activities and site coordination
Basic understanding of contract structures and project commercial aspects
Knowledge of project management methodologies or certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA – even in progress)
Experience working in international project environments
