Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver a wide range of high-value and complex projects, from appraisal through to completion, across the water, environment, and infrastructure sectors. The candidate will take full ownership of project delivery, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to manage scope, programme, risk, budget, and client expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects from appraisal and planning through detailed design, construction, and delivery
Identifying, allocating, and mitigating project risks and opportunities
Taking responsibility for commercial objectives, ensuring timely reporting and accurate financial management
Maintaining excellent communication with clients and key stakeholders
Managing and updating project programmes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Leading delivery teams to achieve agreed outcomes on time and within budget
Ensuring all projects are closed out effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related subject
Chartered or working towards membership of a recognised professional body (MAPM, ChPP, MCIWEM, MICE, MCIOB, MRICS, etc)
Strong project management experience with high-risk, high-value, or high-complexity schemes
Experience working within the water and environmental sector
Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
Excellent stakeholder management skills and collaborative working approach.
