Job Description:

The Chief Operating Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager AVP to drive the execution of global cross-Markets projects within our People@Markets team. This pivotal role will support the Markets Talent & Engagement Council, designing and executing the Markets program across Talent Development, Talent Attraction, and Employee Communication.

Job Responsibility:

Support Talent & Engagement Council and partner with various teams across products and functions in executing talent development, talent attraction and employee communication initiatives
Manage planning, logistics, and delivery of employee engagement and networking events
Develop communications, presentations, and post-event reporting for leadership visibility
Support and optimize platforms and systems used to host events and connect Markets colleagues globally
Leverage A.I. tools available at Citi and other resources to support initiatives

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance industry
Demonstrated excellence in project management with proven track record of successful outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex information effectively to senior audiences
Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with diverse cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to work with proactive attitude
Passion for people development
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Experience leveraging A.I. tools
Knowledge of financial markets
Cross-functional collaboration experience
