Job Responsibility:

Manage all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation/planning, execution, testing, cutover/go-live, and handover to Support
Partner with the Customer PM to become a trusted resource and actively drive the implementation project to success
Manage between 3-8 projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, regional delivery managers, and PS leadership
Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure all project goals are met

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager, or 8+ years for a Senior role, ideally in professional services for a software vendor/partner
Direct experience managing all phases of the software implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients
Experience managing multiple projects with cross-team dependencies
Experience leading project teams of 2-7+ people
Experience dealing with senior client stakeholders
Experience managing SaaS and on-premise implementation projects of 50-250+ days
Successfully managed both T&M and Fixed-Price enterprise software implementation projects
Preferred international customer experience (DACH region)
Preferred working knowledge of ECM and/or IP solutions
Passionate about technology and delivering value to customers
Understand and apply different software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Advanced knowledge of MS Project (or similar) and MS Office applications
Fluent in English (and additionally for the role in France: Fluent in French)
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or have equivalent work experience
Possess PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification (required or to be achieved within 3 months)
ITIL Foundation (preferred)

Nice to have:

International customer experience (DACH region)
Working knowledge of ECM and/or IP solutions
ITIL Foundation
