Job Description:

A respected property and construction consultancy based in Plymouth is seeking a capable Project Manager to join their growing regional team. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager looking to develop within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with exposure to both public and private sector projects. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality schemes across healthcare, commercial, and education sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting senior colleagues on major projects
Leading delivery of small to medium-sized schemes
Contract administration (NEC or JCT)
Stakeholder and risk management
Programme monitoring and reporting
Manage construction schemes from feasibility through to practical completion
Ensure delivery to programme, quality and cost targets

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related
Chartered or progressing towards chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM)
3+ years' experience in a construction consultancy environment
Familiarity with project delivery within the built environment
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
