Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the whole process of VBP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing
Manage pricing bids and ensure balanced financial outcomes across various channels and regions by conducting comprehensive analysis and negotiations
Oversee goods selection processes ensuring alignment with VBP strategies, market trends, and customer demands
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, Distribution and other departments to align VBP initiatives with overall business goals
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and budgets
provide regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external partners to ensure clarity of goals and efficient achievement of project objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Master's degree is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pricing or healthcare industry
Proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion successfully
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess pricing models and financial impacts
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
High level of self-motivation and initiative, with strong organizational skills
