Job Responsibility

plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects
manage multiple projects safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget
management of all financial aspects of the projects - Produce PO’s and order plant and all other items relating to the projects and ensure all extra works/variations are costed and invoiced
Provide cost value reconciliation for projects/contracts and ensure all sub-contracts are approved in line with the company policies and ensure project meets all current legislation HASAWA, NRSWA C.O.S.H.H
Assist in costing schemes for quotations and identify and inform Directors / Senior Managers of commercial opportunities as appropriate
Work in accordance with project programs to ensure dates and milestones are achieved to ensure projects are completed on time, first time
Actively monitor performance of all site staff including subcontractors with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment and ensure all incidents are reported and investigated, with remedies implemented and monitor performance and safety requirements regularly and implement improvements
Survey and quote individual projects based on a contract schedule of rates and resources are adequate for the workload and that projects are delivered in an economic and timely manner
Be proactive in promoting continuous improvement and innovation in our working methodology and work closely with the support team to ensure delivery programmes are in place and progress is monitored
ICP client reporting and liaison including arranging progress meetings and client audits with Subcontractor monitoring
