Job Description:

Due to the expansion of the Project team, we are looking for another member of the team

Job Responsibility:

Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products
Liaise with client, sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyer and Shop Floor Supervisors to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues relating to agreed output
Attend on / off site client meetings as required by the company
Project plan creation, maintenance and management (project milestones, critical path identification and ownership)
Clarification, Change, Risk and Documentation management
Project procurement management/involvement
Reporting on regular basis to internal and external stakeholders
Costs control and management
Inspection and certification management
With assistance of Engineering team ensuring that all designs meet project requirements in line with Exheat certification, local and international standards and regulations

Requirements:

Min of 5years experience in multidiscipline high value engineering/manufacturing projects within O&G industry or similar
Expertise in project management of the whole life cycle of projects from order to final delivery
Capability to liaise with client, sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyer and Shop Floor Supervisors to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues relating to agreed output
Willingness and availability to attend on / off site client meetings as required by the company
Comfortable with the following tasks: Project plan creation, maintenance and management (project milestones, critical path identification and ownership)
Clarification, Change, Risk and Documentation management
Project procurement management/involvement
Reporting on regular basis to internal and external stakeholders
Costs control and management
Inspection and certification management
With the assistance of Engineering team ensuring that all designs meet the project requirements in line with Exheat certification, local and international standards and regulations
Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products

Nice to have:

A Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
Familiarity with the following software capabilities and occasional use of: Microsoft AX, Ceaser II, STAAD, Creo3 (ProE), AutoCAD, MS Project and MS office suite
Technical bid evaluation experience

Minimum of three projects as the project manager accountable for end to end software development lifecycle management in which each project had defined phases for initiation, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operations
Minimum of one completed project as a project manager implementing an integrated eligibility system program, integrating the service offerings of Public Assistance (TANF and state equivalents), SNAP, HEAP, and Child Care into a single integrated eligibility system inclusive of eligibility, case management and financial management functionality
