Job Description:

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in London is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join its growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality built environment solutions, they are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to support a wide range of civil engineering and construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering excellent career development and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on tracking and monitoring project progress
Update contractual milestones
Communicate essential time recording instructions
Set up documentation systems
Ensure delivery in line with key deadlines
Take on more responsibility for client communication and coordination on larger schemes

Requirements:

A Diploma/BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction discipline
Working towards (or open to pursuing) MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or PRINCE2 accreditation
Knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software tools
Good communication and organisational skills
Awareness of CDM regulations and holding (or willingness to obtain) a CSCS card
Consultancy-side experience delivering civil engineering or construction projects

Nice to have:

Experience working on Environment Agency schemes
