Job Description:

An award-winning consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint a driven Project Manager to lead key infrastructure and commercial projects across the Midlands. This is an exciting role for a Project Manager looking to work on multi-million-pound developments with a strong and reputable consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Lead key infrastructure and commercial projects across the Midlands
Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
Lead on key deliverables
Provide programme oversight
Manage procurement processes
Ensure quality and compliance are maintained

Requirements:

Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related
Chartered or working towards RICS/APM/CIOB
Minimum 5 years' experience in consultancy
Familiar with NEC and JCT
Strong leadership and organisation
