An established construction consultancy based in Liverpool is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its expanding portfolio of commercial and residential developments across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join a client-focused team working on high-profile projects from inception to completion.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
Producing and maintaining project programmes
Leading project meetings
Managing risks
Monitoring financial performance
Ensuring health and safety compliance throughout
Supporting junior staff
Contributing to business development activity
Working across multiple sectors including commercial, residential and education
Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role within construction consultancy or client-side
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline
Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM is highly desirable
Strong understanding of UK construction contracts, project lifecycle and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to commute to and work from Liverpool on a regular basis
