Our Work Dynamics department advises investors, owners and companies on creating sustainable value and providing project management assistance in construction, renovation, fit-out, sustainable regeneration or urban redevelopment. Our consultants focus on creating value and managing risk on behalf of their clients by providing in-depth market knowledge, a rigorous and reliable methodology, and an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure project success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage projects from A to Z, ensuring compliance with the customer's objectives in terms of costs, quality and deadlines, as well as anticipating and managing project risks
Master, manage, and lead the 5 phases of project management: project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring and controlling, project closing
Draw up and support the commercial offer, manage the contractual relationship, lead project meetings, support and advise clients in their decision-making process
Be directly in contact with project owners (general management): identify and understand client needs, translating them into fit-out criteria
Select, manage and monitor external stakeholders involved in the project: Architects, Designer, Engineers, Experts, Consultants, General Contractor or Works Contractor, etc
Ensure that all parties involved meet their contractual commitments
Throughout the project, coordinate and lead the project team, including all the customer's internal stakeholders
Participate in business development efforts and new client acquisition
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent
Significant experience (3 years minimum) in a similar role and environment (construction companies, real estate services company…)
Proven expertise in all 5 phases of project management
Fluent knowledge of French and English
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.)

Adjusts well to unforeseen / evolving situations
Proficient in MS Office and project management software tools
Experience in financial analysis and budget management
