Job Description:

A well-established global consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with proven healthcare experience to join its growing London team. Working on a portfolio of high-profile NHS and private healthcare schemes, this is a career-defining opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver complex refurbishment and new-build projects across the capital. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in a multidisciplinary team, helping to shape better healthcare environments.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the full project lifecycle across healthcare projects up to £50m in value
Writing client briefs
Procurement and tendering
Contract administration
Programme tracking
Managing clinical stakeholder engagement
Coordination with design teams, contractors, and NHS Trusts to ensure successful delivery within healthcare governance frameworks

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a built environment discipline (e.g. Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying)
Chartered or working towards chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB)
Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering healthcare projects (NHS or private sector)
Strong understanding of HTM/HBN standards and clinical compliance
Able to manage multiple stakeholders in live hospital environments
