Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of projects across Safran Power Units Dallas. This role will also lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of Safran Power Units Dallas programs.

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of Safran Power Units Dallas programs
Manage the new product installation budget
Interface with Safran Power Units Toulouse as well as local contractors to ensure seamless establishment of site expansion and new industrial means: engine test benches and component test benches (hydraulic/electrical) and the new tools necessary for ramp-up
During the development phase, ensure the smooth running of the co-engineering phase, the manufacturing, and the achievement of program objectives
Ensure overall success of Safran Power Units Dallas program operations and activities that adhere to contractual terms
Guide cross-functional team members and exercise program and project management best practices to address program risks, configuration and process changes, customer requests, and manage available resources and budget
Prepares reports required to support customer and company operations
Follow- up on products performance and monitor product development and field issues
Actively collect product reliability data from the field, analyze reliability trend and shop finding reports for technical issues
Maintains program schedule by monitoring the progress

Requirements:
7 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in Business and or Engineering or related field
Knowledge of internal and/or external supply chain principles and organization
Good understanding of the industrialization process and management tools (PLM, ERP, etc.)
Knowledge of turbomachine design and parts manufacturing / repairing (machining, forging, heat and surface treatments)
Knowledge of professional practices, sources of information, and applicable rules and regulations (FAA, EASA, ITAR, etc.)
Understanding of assembly, testing, and repair ranges
