Job Description:

As part of the TÜV family, TÜV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS), are looking to recruit a Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing engineering projects valued up to approximately £2 million. Their focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations while also engaging in pre-project business development activities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead project execution, maintaining schedules and budget compliance
Manage project scopes and changes, communicate effectively with stakeholders
Coordinate with subcontractors and project team members
Engage clients through kick-off meetings and progress reviews
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts prior to project awards
Foster collaboration and accountability within project teams
Proactively identify risks and encourage continuous improvement

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering – essential
10–15 years in project delivery within engineering or related fields
Strong leadership, communication, budget management, risk identification, and proactive problem-solving
Proactive, resilient, adaptable, with strong people management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
