Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in London. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager looking to grow within a collaborative and professional team delivering high-quality services across a range of sectors. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of cost and project management commissions, contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Establishing effective systems and processes
Monitoring progress and key performance indicators
Managing documentation and change control
Preparing clear written communications and formal reports
Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams
Contributing to business development activities such as bid preparation, attending networking events, updating marketing materials and supporting corporate initiatives

Requirements:

A degree in a relevant subject such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role
Working knowledge of project delivery processes, cost management, and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A clear commitment to achieving professional chartership with APM, CIOB or RICS
The ability to manage time and tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and profitability
