Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a progressive and growing project management consultancy based in Central London. The firm is recognized for its hands-on approach to project delivery, working across a diverse portfolio of bespoke and complex schemes, including high-end residential, heritage restorations, cultural spaces, and sports facilities. Job Responsibility:

Delivering projects from inception through to completion
Maintaining quality, programme, and budget
Developing project execution plans
Preparing Gantt charts and status reports
Leading regular project meetings
Working closely with external consultants such as Architects and Engineers
Managing communications and ensuring all design elements are coordinated effectively
Conducting site visits, inspections, and client-facing meetings
Supporting junior staff
Collaborating closely with senior project leads

Requirements:

A degree in Construction Project Management or a related subject is essential
Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction project management role
A solid understanding of the full project lifecycle
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience with contract administration and procurement
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work on varied project types
