Project Manager

• Review, organize, plan, develop, coordinate, and conduct projects for the region
• Ensure execution is meeting expectations and gaps are being driven to closure
• Ensure appropriate communication is taking place at all levels in the organization and with the customer
• Ensure cross functional & regional integration issues are getting resolved
• Identify when issues need to be escalate and drive those issues to closure
• Analyzing status against all metrics and objectives for the region
• Provide feedback for best practice and process compliance
• Participate in the development of project management processes
• Drive project management standardization
• Motivate interdisciplinary teams to achieve objectives
• Work with regional managers and project leaders to identify and drive closure on resource & skill gaps
• Consult on project management techniques, processes, and tools
• Drive quality improvement objectives for the region

• BS degree in engineering. Electrical, Computer, or Software preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• 2+ years engineering experience with software development, such as production efficiency tool, and system uptime monitor
• 2+ years engineering experience with automatic testing equipment and customer interface
• 3+ years project management experience

• Functional management experience is a plus
• Project Management Professional with current PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups
• Experience managing teams in multiple geographic locations
• Experience developing and standardizing project management processes
