Job Description:

An independent Manchester-based consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to deliver exciting projects in the residential, commercial and hotel sectors. The Project Manager will work in a team-oriented environment with a varied workload and access to high-profile schemes. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to build sector breadth, taking ownership of projects from feasibility through to handover and working closely with clients across Greater Manchester and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously including hotel refurbishments, apartment developments and mixed-use commercial builds
Contract administration
Managing design teams
Reporting
Client liaison
Taking ownership of projects from feasibility through to handover

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
Experience across residential, commercial or hotel sectors
Relevant degree qualification
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Progressing towards chartership (MRICS or MAPM)
