Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Sheffield is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career, working across a broad portfolio of high-value developments in the built environment sector. The role involves delivering core project management services, administering contracts, coordinating teams, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing feasibility reports
Developing programmes
Leading tender processes
Managing meetings
Administering contracts (particularly JCT and NEC)
Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
Maintaining quality control throughout project lifecycles
Working closely with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
Maintaining high standards of reporting, compliance and health and safety

Requirements:

A degree in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
Experience delivering projects across RIBA stages
Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts (NEC preferred but not essential)
Contract administration and procurement knowledge
Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB) or actively working towards chartership – full support available
Excellent communication and organisational skills
