Job Description:

A respected construction consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team and deliver high-profile developments across the commercial, residential and education sectors. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of a diverse range of projects while working within a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-profile developments across commercial, residential and education sectors
Manage every stage of the project lifecycle from concept through to completion
Manage multiple stakeholders and handle project risk
Ensure key deadlines and budgets are met
Produce project plans, manage budgets and timelines
Lead project meetings and coordinate with contractors and design teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain quality standards
Work closely with clients and internal teams for clear communication and project alignment
Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in a construction consultancy or client-side environment
Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field
Chartered or working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
Strong understanding of UK construction practices, contracts, and project controls
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to work from the Leeds office and attend local site visits

Nice to have:

Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
Client-facing experience
Experience across commercial, residential and education sectors
