Job Description:

A well-established property and construction consultancy based in Sheffield seeks a Project Manager to manage schemes from initial client brief through to completion. Suitable candidates should have at least 3 years’ consultancy experience, project management-related qualifications, and strong communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary, professional development, and diverse projects across sectors like commercial, residential, education, and healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

Leading on programme management, cost control, procurement strategies, risk management and client reporting
Preparing and presenting reports
Managing consultant teams
Liaising closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

Requirements:

A BSc/MSc in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar)
Minimum 3 years’ consultancy experience in the construction sector
Proven track record managing construction projects across various sectors
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
