Job Description:

A dynamic and growing consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a Project Manager with experience in both residential and student accommodation sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager keen to join a hands-on team with strong growth plans and a diverse project pipeline. The Project Manager will be involved in delivering high-value residential developments and modern student accommodation schemes across the Midlands. Job Responsibility:

Managing multiple concurrent projects, from early-stage feasibility to handover
Coordinating with clients
Leading project teams
Overseeing contractor performance

Requirements:

Degree in a construction-related discipline
Proven experience delivering resi and student accommodation schemes
Consultancy or client-side background preferred
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts
