Job Description:

An established construction consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver high-profile commercial and residential schemes across the capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys managing diverse projects from concept to completion and working within a collaborative team. The Project Manager will lead projects across multiple RIBA stages and ensure cost, quality, and time objectives are met.

Job Responsibility:

Lead projects across multiple RIBA stages
ensure cost, quality, and time objectives are achieved
perform contract administration
liaise with stakeholders
monitor programme and report on progress

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related subject
ideally working towards or holding chartership (RICS/APM/CIOB)
minimum 4 years’ UK consultancy experience
confident in managing multiple projects
strong communication and client-facing skills
