Lead, plan, manage, and document military vehicle development projects or programs of varying size and complexity and perform required activities across all project phases
Coordination of the individual, interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
Ensuring strategic program objectives and contract-compliant execution in technical, financial and schedule terms
Integrated project management including task management, progress measurement and reporting
Preparation of project and development status reports for customers and management
Implementation of effective risk and claim management
Support the bid process and sales teams for the aquisition of new development projects
Requirements:
Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or economical, or a comparable course of study
Experience in multi-project management
Certification according to IPMA Level B/C or comparable is desirable
Strong leadership experience in a matrix organization
Extensive technical system understanding and industry experience are an advantage
Strong communication and persuasion skills as well as team orientation
Willingness to travel on business
Good command of written and spoken English and Hungarian, additional German knowledge is an asset
Nice to have:
Certification according to IPMA Level B/C or comparable is desirable
