A progressive consultancy firm based in Leeds is hiring a qualified Project Manager to deliver a wide range of public and private sector schemes. The Project Manager will join a team known for delivering regeneration and town centre projects that have a real community impact. Job Responsibility:
Managing projects from initiation through to completion
Ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
Coordinating teams
Overseeing budgets and programmes
Acting as the key client liaison to ensure smooth project execution
Delivering regeneration and town centre projects
Coordinating internal teams
Managing design teams
Requirements:
4-6 years' experience in a consultancy environment
Construction or Project Management degree
MRICS or similar professional accreditation desirable
Excellent leadership and communication
Experience managing stakeholders and JCT contracts
