A multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Woking is seeking a Project Manager to join their established major works team. This Project Manager opportunity offers the chance for a Project Manager to work on a secured pipeline of façade remediation, residential, commercial, and education projects across the South. The successful Project Manager will be joining a dynamic consultancy delivering schemes typically ranging from £1m to £20m.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee projects from inception through to completion, managing programme, cost, and risk
Administer JCT Design & Build contracts
Act in an Employer’s Agent/Contract Administrator capacity
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Chair meetings
Produce detailed reports
Manage stakeholder communication
Manage multiple live projects while identifying and planning future opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
Progression towards or achievement of RICS, CIOB, or APM accreditation preferred
Strong technical knowledge including contract administration, procurement, and building pathology
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of construction techniques, building regulations, and CDM 2015
