Job Description:

A London-based construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who has previously worked on residential schemes and is seeking to develop their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy environment.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing project documentation
Managing cost plans and timelines
Coordinating design teams
Ensuring smooth delivery on-site
Liaising directly with clients
Monitoring project risks
Ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met

Requirements:

4-5 years of project management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
Residential project experience is essential
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar)
Strong communication, organisational, and client liaison skills
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
