Job Description:

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the consultancy arm of a respected engineering institution, delivering a broad mix of projects across the residential, healthcare, and education sectors. This role focuses on shaping projects that prioritise quality, longevity, and public value, offering responsibility, variety, and purpose-driven engagements.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects ranging from residential developments to complex healthcare refurbishments and educational facilities
Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations
Run design team meetings, produce progress reports, manage procurement activities and provide clients with clear, professional advice throughout each project stage

Requirements:

Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy or client-side role
Proven experience working within the residential, healthcare or education sectors
Good working knowledge of contract administration (NEC and/or JCT)
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
Chartered or working towards chartership with APM, RICS, CIOB or similar preferred
