The Project Manager plays a central role in owning the end-to-end delivery of website assessments, website builds, and related digital initiatives – from discovery and planning through launch. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and close coordination across Design, Development, Marketing/SEO, Content, external vendors, and Leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Lead website assessments/analyses (discovery, stakeholder input, data review), summarize findings, and turn them into clear recommendations and an execution plan
Own website projects end-to-end (kickoff → launch → post-launch), ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality
Manage ongoing client work, including website updates and ensuring smooth performance
Align and drive execution across SEO/Marketing, Design, Development, Content, and external vendors
Define requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment on scope and expected outcomes
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, resourcing, and clear project documentation
Track progress, manage risks and changes, remove blockers, and escalate early when needed
Own stakeholder communication and reporting (status updates, presentations, delivery insights)
Ensure deliverables meet standards through review/QA coordination and quality control
Monitor project financials (estimates, budgets, and P&L for new projects) to support profitability
Improve processes and tools to streamline delivery and increase team efficiency
Requirements:
3+ years of project management experience (preferably web development / digital agency)
Strong understanding of the full website delivery lifecycle
Proven ability to run multiple projects end-to-end (scope, timelines, priorities)
Confident leading cross-functional teams (SEO/Marketing, Design, Development, Content, vendors)
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong at tracking progress, managing change, spotting risks, and escalating early
Analytical mindset and comfortable with estimates, budgets, and reporting
