Opportunity Overview: Lead or manage projects, programs, or portfolios from conception through completion i.e. process improvement, cost savings, software development, and transfer of technology, using Project Management Techniques and Processes. Implements defined project management processes and procedures. Monitors project management compliance of other functional groups and assists when needed. Present regular project updates to Project Sponsors and Stakeholders. Build PM training materials and conduct training, as necessary. Attend to Project Management Office operational tasks and provide support to operations in linking organizational strategies to project execution and goals.

Requirements:
College graduate of any 4 years course
preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
At least 3 years’ experience in leading/managing projects or continuous improvement activities
Minimum 1 year experience in leading/managing Software Development Projects
Excellent communication and composition skills with the ability to foster communication and integration between project teams and or functional groups
Analytical, process oriented and strong documentation skills
Outstanding organization and planning skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills
Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork, stakeholder management and project management skills
Ability to work with different levels of the organization and cross-functional groups
Knowledge of MS office and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies an advantage
