We are looking for a Project Manager to drive large-scale campus renovations. As a pivotal member of the onsite team, you’ll deliver exceptional project outcomes while championing continuous improvement and fostering an outstanding client experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and lead project workstreams or small projects within a major campus renovation, from inception to completion
Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with client stakeholders and vendors to coordinate project work
Partner with team members on project planning, tracking progress, and proactive risk management
Support project finances, ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, and provide accurate cost forecasts
Implement robust quality control measures to meet client expectations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or campus renovation projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proven experience managing project financials, schedules, and quality standards
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
