Job Description:

AMAN Builders is looking to add a hardworking, enthusiastic Project Manager to our Team. The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management on multidisciplinary commercial construction projects.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and all stakeholders related to the project
Managing and coordinating the project design, budget and schedule
Working collaboratively with the project team to discuss progress, risks and solutions in order to meet scheduled dates
Providing strong leadership to team members to ensuring project targets are achieved
Maintaining, tracking, and reporting all financial aspects of the project including forecasts and billings
Leading and implementing the procurement process for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Reinforcing Company Culture

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of institutional/commercial construction experience
A construction related degree/diploma is preferred
Experience with Procore and MS project is preferred
Knowledge of pull planning techniques is preferred
Must be willing to travel to sites and in some cases work from site office for the length of the project
Must have strong knowledge of scheduling, project management and cost controls
Must possess a valid and clean driver’s license
Must hold strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
Must have a proven ability to take initiative and be respectful of diversity

Nice to have:

A construction related degree/diploma
Experience with Procore and MS project
Knowledge of pull planning techniques
