Job Responsibility:
Lead project activities from initiation through closeout, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on schedule
Partner with team members across multiple stages of each project to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and maintain steady progress
Oversee day-to-day project administration in the office, keeping documentation, communication, and workflow organized
Apply construction knowledge to support planning decisions, site-related coordination, and project execution
Track project updates and provide clear status communication to stakeholders and internal team members
Help maintain an efficient work environment by monitoring materials, resources, and office supply needs as required
Identify risks or delays early and work with the team to develop practical solutions that keep work moving forward.
Requirements:
Prior experience managing projects in a detail-focused setting, preferably within construction or a related industry
Working knowledge of construction processes, materials, or project environments, including concrete-related work
Ability to coordinate multiple project phases while maintaining attention to deadlines and details
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with office staff, project teams, and stakeholders
Comfortable working on site in an office-based environment
Proficiency in organizing documentation, tracking progress, and supporting day-to-day operational needs
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project demands in a contract role.
