Job Description:

An established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. This consultancy works with prestigious public and private sector clients across the UK and Europe, providing end-to-end support across a wide range of projects.

Job Responsibility:

Leading complex construction and development schemes from inception through to completion
Preparing project plans and programmes
Managing risk
Chairing meetings
Coordinating professional teams
Maintaining client relationships
Regular site visits and oversight of contractor performance

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering)
Chartered or working towards chartership (e.g. MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) is desirable
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side Project Manager role
Proven track record delivering construction projects from pre-contract to handover
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts

Nice to have:

Chartered or working towards chartership (e.g. MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
