Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and fluent French-speaking Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software project management, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. If you are passionate about leading innovative projects and have exceptional communication skills in English and French, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Manage and coordinate software projects from conception to delivery
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure project efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and budget
Facilitate sprint meetings, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and French

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Fluency in English (C1+)
Fluency in French (C1+)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience in the banking sector
