Job Description:

A highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Reading is seeking a driven Project Manager to join their team, with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, public, and healthcare schemes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, conducting risk assessments, liaising with stakeholders, and overseeing the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering medium to large-scale projects
Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams
Performing risk assessments
Managing budgets
Producing tender documents
Leading project meetings
Supporting junior staff development
Monitoring project performance

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or a related field
Professional membership (e.g. MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB) desirable
Strong project management experience in construction consultancy
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
