Project Manager

• Direct the receipt of incoming equipment shipments and confirm items match delivery documentation and project expectations
• Review and validate inventory counts to help maintain accurate warehouse records and support project readiness
• Coordinate installation training activities and ensure teams are prepared with the information and materials needed for successful execution
• Support parts-related needs by tracking requests, helping organize availability, and assisting with timely follow-up
• Lead day-to-day coordination of team activities to keep work organized, efficient, and aligned with project schedules
• Communicate project status, operational updates, and any issues requiring attention to the offsite Project Manager
• Work across warehouse and project stakeholders to maintain smooth execution without performing hands-on installation work

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a closely related operational leadership role
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with responsibility for inventory, shipping, receiving, or materials coordination
• Strong ability to organize teams, track multiple moving parts, and maintain progress across cross-functional activities
• Clear communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates and escalate issues appropriately
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment, terminology, or related operations is highly preferred
• Experience with warehouse inventory or warehouse management processes is required
• Ability to work in a non-hands-on coordination role focused on oversight, communication, and execution support
