Project Manager – Healthcare EPC Project (Sint Eustatius, Caribbean Netherlands). JFA Group is supporting one of its sister companies in the healthcare sector in the recruitment of a Project Manager for an EPC healthcare-related project in Sint Eustatius (Statia), Caribbean Netherlands. This is a medium-scale project with a strong focus on coordination, client interface, and stakeholder management rather than technical supervision. The technical management of works will be handled by an experienced engineer appointed by the Contractor. The selected Project Manager will act as the primary coordination link between the client/end-user and the project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, structured reporting, and overall project alignment. This role requires strong soft skills, diplomacy, and structured project governance capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the main point of contact between the client/end-user and the project team
Coordinate progress meetings and ensure proper documentation and reporting
Monitor project timeline and contractual milestones
Facilitate communication between Contractor, client representatives, and stakeholders
Ensure that deliverables align with contractual scope and expectations
Support decision-making processes through structured reporting
Maintain a professional, solution-oriented environment on site
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
At least 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare-related projects
Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering field
Demonstrated experience in coordination of construction or EPC projects
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Nice to have:
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
Previous experience in international or island-based projects is a plus
European citizenship is considered an advantage
