We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex parking and digital services projects across Australasia. Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage projects from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and handover
Design & Planning Excellence: Collaborate with customers and technical experts to validate designs, manage pre-requisites, and ensure all project documentation and approvals are in place
Programme, Risk & Cost Control: Own project schedules, critical paths, risk registers, budgets, forecasts, and variation management
Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Financial & Commercial Management: Manage cost control, invoicing milestones, revenue recognition, variations, and final accounts
Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety standards, governance, and documentation requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
3–5 years' experience delivering infrastructure, parking, transport, or technology-based projects
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk, and cost control
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
Exposure to parking systems, access control, IoT, or digital platforms is highly regarded
A proactive, resilient mindset with strong leadership presence and attention to detail
