Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage projects from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and handover
  • Design & Planning Excellence: Collaborate with customers and technical experts to validate designs, manage pre-requisites, and ensure all project documentation and approvals are in place
  • Programme, Risk & Cost Control: Own project schedules, critical paths, risk registers, budgets, forecasts, and variation management
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Financial & Commercial Management: Manage cost control, invoicing milestones, revenue recognition, variations, and final accounts
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety standards, governance, and documentation requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience delivering infrastructure, parking, transport, or technology-based projects
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
  • Exposure to parking systems, access control, IoT, or digital platforms is highly regarded
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with strong leadership presence and attention to detail
