Job Description:

A respected Nottingham-based property consultancy is on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to support their growing workload. Specialising in both public and private sector construction project management, this role offers a varied portfolio and the opportunity for long-term growth.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a variety of projects across education, healthcare and residential sectors
Coordinate design teams
Manage budgets
Monitor contractor progress
Ensure projects align with client objectives
Contribute to internal training initiatives
Support junior members of staff

Requirements:

Degree-qualified in a built environment discipline
3+ years' experience in construction project delivery
Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
Client-facing with excellent communication skills
Working towards or recently chartered with RICS, APM or CIOB
