Our client delivers a diverse portfolio of projects spanning major UK transport hubs, national rail infrastructure, specialist architectural builds, and international developments. With a strong pipeline of work and continued business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering complex projects and supporting the next phase of expansion.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive structure, momentum, and clear direction across complex steel and engineering projects
  • Take ownership of project planning, commercial coordination, logistics, and on-site delivery
  • Manage programmes, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, from initial planning stages through to final completion and handover
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners
  • Proactively manage risk, variations, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead, support, and develop site teams to ensure high performance and consistent delivery standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering structural steel or construction projects
  • Strong leadership presence with clear and effective communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent workstreams
