Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist our client in San Francisco. This is a long-term contract role focused on overseeing high-impact data and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in data governance, stakeholder engagement, and integrating various business systems.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage multiple data integration and governance projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
Oversee the migration from Snowflake to Databricks, maintaining detailed task management and clear communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and customer experience, to support data-driven initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder management from C-level executives to team leads, providing regular updates on project risks and progress
Utilize tools such as Tableau, and dashboards to streamline project tracking and reporting
Work closely with data analysts and technical leads to optimize data structures and architecture
Develop and refine project intake and lifecycle processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Support the implementation of best practices for enterprise technologies and AI-driven automation
Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and potential risks.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data and technology projects
Proficiency in tools like Atlassian Jira, Tableau, and Asana for project tracking and reporting
Strong understanding of data integrations involving systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Zuora
Familiarity with cloud technologies, CRM platforms, and ERP systems
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and budget management processes
Working knowledge of data governance and architecture principles
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
