Job Description:

A leading property and construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-value schemes in the commercial and logistics sectors. The Project Manager will join a motivated team delivering complex, multi-phase projects for key regional clients. This position is ideal for a Project Manager who is ready to take full responsibility for project outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Run full project lifecycles including feasibility, planning, procurement, and delivery
Regular client interaction and team leadership
Oversee high-value schemes in the commercial and logistics sectors
Deliver complex, multi-phase projects for key regional clients

Requirements:

3-6 years in a similar consultancy environment
Relevant degree and professional training
Strong contractual and reporting skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM preferred

Nice to have:

MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM preferred
