A well-established construction and property consultancy based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of public and private sector schemes across the Midlands. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to take on varied responsibilities and work closely with clients from project inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be involved in residential, education, healthcare and commercial developments, typically ranging in value from £2m to £40m.
Job Responsibility:
Overseeing project delivery across the full lifecycle – from feasibility, procurement and planning through to handover
Risk management
Stakeholder reporting
Contract administration
Budget tracking
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related
Minimum 3 years’ consultancy or client-side experience
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB (or working towards)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
