Acts as Project Manager responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to a construction project, ensuring compliance with the contract, budget, execution deadlines, and required quality standards
Represents the company in relations with Clients, Authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensures the project meets the established technical and financial performance parameters
Implements performance indicators to analyze project efficiency
Responsible for cost optimization and value creation through contract analysis
Participates in the negotiation and contracting of subcontractors
Coordinates and manages the performance of the project team
Ensures accurate and timely reporting of the project status
Requirements:
University degree in Civil Engineering / Construction
Minimum 6 years of experience in managing public and private construction projects
Direct experience in managing at least 2 projects under HG 1/2018, in the role of Project Manager
Solid knowledge of public procurement legislation and public contract management (HG 1/2018, GEO 114/2018, etc.)
Experience in managing payment and settlement documentation for projects financed from public or private funds
Proven ability to efficiently manage the contractual relationship with the Beneficiary and all project stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking, efficiency, attention to detail, and proactive skills in identifying and assessing project risks
Ability to coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with Beneficiaries, subcontractors, and authorities
Ability to make fast, well-founded decisions under pressure
Proficiency in technical and project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
